All prices are shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of order. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur; if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order. Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges are shown before you confirm payment.
4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and are described on our Shipping Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds

We describe our teas as accurately as possible, but natural products vary by harvest and season, and flavour is subjective. Images are illustrative.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
