Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed by hand and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. We ship from our facility in Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. As a general guide, regional deliveries within Asia usually arrive within a few business days, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Hong Kong & local: usually 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Asia-Pacific: typically 3-8 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and customs.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of any order at any time from your account dashboard. Where tracked shipping is used, tracking details will be available there once your parcel is collected by the carrier.
International Orders, Duties & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or its shipping cost.
