The Zhijue — a small-format gongfu tea cup whose name evokes “knowing the moment” — is designed for full-concentration tasting. At 50 ml, each pour is intentional. These cups are produced in jade porcelain, a dense, fine-grained ceramic fired at high temperature that transmits heat evenly and holds flavour cleanly without imparting any character of its own.

Two glazing expressions are available. Ink Paint applies a deep, layered tone reminiscent of traditional Chinese ink-wash painting — the glaze shifts between charcoal and deep blue depending on the light. Green Paint Emerald renders a rich mineral green that deepens as the cup fills with liquid, making the colour of pale oolongs and green teas especially vivid against the glaze.

Each set includes a matching fair cup in the same glaze for even distribution across the table. Available in configurations of 2, 4, or 6 cups. Well-suited to high-mountain oolongs, white tea, and green tea where cup colour enhances the tasting experience.
